Delivery Policy

Saymatic is a fully digital product. No physical goods are shipped. There are no shipping charges, courier services, or physical delivery of any kind involved in any transaction on this platform.

1. Nature of Product

Saymatic is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform — a digital subscription product accessed entirely through a web browser at saymatic.shop. The product is delivered electronically over the internet. No physical items, hardware, or tangible goods are provided as part of any subscription or purchase.

2. Delivery Method

All services are delivered digitally as follows:

  • Subscription Access: Upon successful payment confirmation, your account is activated and you receive full access to the Saymatic platform. Access is granted automatically — no manual processing is required.
  • Access Credentials: Your login credentials (email and password) are set during registration. A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address upon successful payment and account activation.
  • Add-on Services: Any add-on services (such as AI chatbot setup or Meta onboarding assistance) are delivered digitally via email or through the platform dashboard within the agreed timeframe communicated at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Subscription activation: Instant — upon successful payment confirmation from PhonePe, your plan is activated automatically within seconds.
  • Confirmation email: Sent within 5–10 minutes of payment to your registered email address.
  • Onboarding assistance (if purchased): Initiated within 1 business day of payment.
  • Payment failure / plan not activated: If your payment is deducted but your plan is not activated within 30 minutes, please contact us immediately at support@saymatic.shop. We will resolve it within 1 business day.

4. No Shipping Charges

Since Saymatic is a digital product, there are no shipping, handling, logistics, or delivery charges of any kind. The subscription price shown on the Pricing page is the total amount charged.

5. Geographic Availability

Saymatic is primarily designed for businesses operating in India, but is accessible from any location with internet access. However, payment processing is currently available only in Indian Rupees (INR) via Indian payment methods (UPI, net banking, cards).

We do not discriminate on the basis of location for digital delivery — access to the platform is the same for all subscribers globally, subject to Meta WhatsApp API availability in your region.

6. Service Interruptions

In the rare event of planned maintenance, server downtime, or an outage affecting platform access, we will communicate via email or an in-app notice. Prolonged unavailability due to issues on our end may qualify for account credit at our discretion. Downtime caused by Meta WhatsApp API, third-party services, or internet connectivity issues on the subscriber's side is not our responsibility.
