- WhatsApp Business Data: WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number IDs, and access tokens required to send and receive messages via the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.
- Contact Data: Phone numbers, names, labels, and custom fields of contacts you upload or manage within the platform.
- Message Data: Messages sent and received through the platform for the purpose of providing the service.
- Payment Information: Transaction details processed through PhonePe Payment Gateway. We do not store full card or UPI credential data — this is handled by PhonePe.
- Usage Data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage analytics to improve our services.
