Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Service
Saymatic is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform — a digital product delivered electronically over the internet. There is no physical product involved. Access to the platform is granted instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
Because Saymatic is a digital service with no physical goods, the concept of "return" in the traditional sense does not apply. This policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations instead.
2. No Free Trial
Saymatic does not offer a free trial. Subscribers must complete payment before gaining access to the platform. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the plan features on our Pricing page and agree to this policy.
3. Subscription Payments
Subscription fees are collected upfront for the selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) and are generally non-refundable except as described in Section 4 below. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and payments are processed via PhonePe Payment Gateway.
4. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate amount in full.
- Payment Deducted but Plan Not Activated: If a payment was successfully debited from your account but your subscription was not activated due to a technical error on our end, and the issue is not resolved within 5 business days of you reporting it.
- First-Time Subscriber — 48-Hour Window: If you are a first-time paying subscriber and you request a refund within 48 hours of your first payment, we will issue a full refund — provided the platform has not been significantly used (fewer than 100 messages sent and fewer than 5 broadcast campaigns created).
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Subscription renewals (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) unless a duplicate charge occurred
- Partial use of a billing period — no pro-rata refunds are provided
- Change of mind after the 48-hour first-time window
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Dissatisfaction with features that are not included in the plan you subscribed to
- WhatsApp conversation charges billed by Meta — these are charged by Meta directly to your Meta Business payment method and are entirely outside Saymatic's control
- Add-on purchases (extra agents, AI chatbot, onboarding assistance) once the service has been initiated
6. Returns
As Saymatic is a purely digital SaaS service with no physical goods, no physical returns are applicable. Once you have subscribed and accessed the platform, there is nothing to "return."
If you believe you have a valid case for a refund based on Section 4, please follow the process in Section 7.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@saymatic.shop with the following details:
- Your registered email address
- The PhonePe transaction ID or order ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
- Reason for the refund request
- Date of the payment
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@saymatic.shop. Upon cancellation:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period
- You will not be billed for subsequent periods
- No refund is issued for the unused portion of the current period
- Your account data will be available for 30 days after the billing period ends, after which it will be deleted
9. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades
Upgrades: You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The new plan activates immediately upon payment.
Downgrades: Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the price difference in the current billing period.
10. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to refunds or cancellations shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
